Car and Bakkie Servicing in Kempton Park

We do general servicing and mechanical repairs for petrol and diesel vehicles, at the same workshop that builds exhausts and fabricates parts, so routine maintenance, exhaust work and fabrication can all happen in one place.

Servicing

A regular service keeps your vehicle reliable and helps its resale value. Depending on the vehicle and its mileage, a service typically covers the engine oil and filter, air and fuel filters, fluid levels, brakes and belts, and a check of the suspension, steering, lights and tyres.

TODO: what your minor and major services include, and whether you stamp service books (owner to confirm)

Mechanical repairs

TODO: the general repairs you do (owner to confirm), e.g. brakes, suspension, clutches, cooling systems, timing belts

Exhaust problems are handled in-house too. See exhaust repairs and welding.

Servicing a vehicle that’s still under warranty

Since July 2021, the Competition Commission’s Guidelines for Competition in the South African Automotive Aftermarket say owners may choose an independent workshop for service, maintenance and repairs, and that manufacturers may not make the warranty conditional on servicing within their own dealer network. If your vehicle has a prepaid service or maintenance plan, those services are already paid for at the dealer, so check your plan before booking elsewhere.

Booking a service

Drop us a WhatsApp to book, or just to ask a question. It helps to include your vehicle’s make, model, year and mileage, when it was last serviced, and anything you’ve noticed, such as noises, warning lights or vibrations.
